It depends on each individual.3-5 day is the typical length but anywhere from 2-7 is normal

Yep, hon.  That depends on you.  If your period is normally 7 days or 5 days, then 2 days would not be normal for you.


Mine were usually 5 days or so.

I used to be hated by friends during this time of the month because mine was light enough for me to wear white with confidence. Mine would fluctuate between 2-4 days and that just changed for more heavy longer cycles (5-6 days)as I'm 31 now. I think u may wanna make sure that you are getting enough iron in your diet as well,but other then that you should be ok as long as you feel ok and aren't in any pain(besides normal cramps).

Can't really say if it's "normal" because everyone is different. For instance, you have two days and one of my friends has it for 10 days. Consider yourself lucky

Just depends on each individual woman; some have heavy, heavy periods for 5-7 days while others have very light periods for only 2-3 days.  Just like some woman get to be real B's while on their period and others it doesn't faze.  If you have just started having 2 day periods and that is not what has been normal for you, then you might want to check with your doctor just to be on the safe side but I bet it's nothing to worry about.

never heard of a period for only 2 days usual is5-6 i beleive.

The last time I had a 2 day period, I was pregnant with my daughter 27 years ago.  It was after I didn't see anything for 2 months.

It depends on the individual.  Two days is in normal range though on the short side.

it could be normal..you never know. if it was light id call your doctor.

mine are usually heavy and 3-4 days

Yes, mine was only two to maybe three days and I have three children.  Every one is unique and you should not worry.  Just feel blessed, that is what I did. Thank you Jesus.

I agree with the previous posters.  Yes, for you it could be perfectly normal, but you sure are VERY lucky.  I have always had those big, bad nasty ones with the mood swings, cramps and the whole package. 

But, yes, it's normal.  I remember when I first met my boyfriend's daughter and she was calling panty liners pads, because that was all she needs, while I have to have overnight super maxis with a tampon and that is good for about 30-45 minutes all stinking week long.  It's just one of those things and every woman is different and you may change throughout your life.

You are lucky to have one that short.  Mine were 14 days long.  They were not heavy.  I would spot for 14 days.  But thanks to my birth control I haven't had on in 22 years.

I have had a period for 2 days it depends on your body. Stress can cause it as well as having several. A regular cycle is 5 to 7 days.  You may have another since it was light.
