No go on fc surveys!!

I went to the fusioncash survey page and found 5 surveys that were available to me. So far, I've clicked on 3 of them and all three of them have asked for my gender, date of birth, and ethnicity. After answering those questions, I clicked 'start survey' but it never takes me to the survey. Thinking it might be my web browser that is causing the mess up, I refreshed and tried again. When I would go back to those 3 surveys, I'm told I've already completed those surveys. It's so frustrating. Any advice or suggestions??

Has this happened before with you and the FC surveys? I'm not sure but maybe you could try using a different browser. You can only click on the FC surveys once. Otherwise, if you try to refresh the page, then you will get that message that you have already taken the survey. I know because it has happened to me. That's all I have for now. Hopefully, someone else has more helpful information for you.

it just happened to me too yesterday! And also I seem to have trouble with the clipngocoupons... I guess i keep on trying It will have to work out someday for us

To "quietpal": No, this has never happened to me before. I've tried using two other browsers, but no go. I think there might be something wrong with FC's server. Hopefully, they have someone monitoring these posts and can have someone fix the issues.

That's strange! I was able to complete a FC survey and get credit for $1. The FC surveys are provided by Precision Sample LLC, so there is nothing that FC can do regarding those surveys.

Any survey that you click on a browser instantly indicates that you have started the survey and regardless of any technical glitches that happen, you will receive that error response. It's strange but it happens. This is what I will advise. Abandon the current browser that you are using and try a different browser to start a survey from the scratch. Under the present circumstances, that's the best we can live with.... All the best as you earn...

yes i've had this happen...i think it just means for those particular surveys they were looking for someone with different classification or they already had enough people from your classification.

Just emailed FC Support of an answer as this is getting to be a frequent event.  It is discouraging, definitely a tech issue with FC and/or their partners.

i tried all of these surveys being offerred today and only qualified for one of them.  then that one had a glitch halfway through and i never did get to finish or get credit.  what a bummer!!  i was so excited too, to see all those surveys today.  oh well, better luck next time i guess.

Try a different browser. These issues are so funky that the browser might just solve it.

That happened to me yesterday with 2 of the surveys.  It's so frustrating!

yea it can totally be the web browser had to change my browser a few times myself my page would freeze and i wouldn't get credited for the surveys but now i have an awesome web browser

Yes this happened to me on the wrong survey i was in the middle of the $4.50 FC survey. I just clicked on the continue button to go to the next question when the whole survey just disappeared. and we I tried to go back to the survey in hopes it would continue back up where it left off but no it said i completed the survey already. so not $4.50 credit not even the 1 cent nothing. then a click on 2 other surveys and both of them said I already took the survey. How could I just took the survey when I just got the survey and never did it. but wait here is the kicker for me of the night. I spent one full hour doing a $1.00 survey and completed it even told me I will get the credit. So I checked my account right after being excited and all because I don't usually qualify for their surveys and guess what? yep you guess it no $1.00 credit in my account. It's been another hour since I completed it and still no credit showing. I'm not happy I feel I wasted an hour for nothing. I've opened an support ticket asking where the credit went to. I just can't wait to hear what they come back to me on this one. Long night cause not only is this happening but FC is sending me videos that are not there when you open them so no paid cent for those. Earlier today I got cheated out of a cent after the first 10 minutes I listened to RadioLoyality  No 4 cents on a human intelligence survey on present/not present faces. I'm tired of this

Has anyone noticed that the FC surveys have been crediting the wrong amount lately? I did a survey for 1.50 and was only credited $1.
