This morning when I tried to do the FC Surveys, I was taken to the website fusioncashsurveys.com where I had to fill out a long qualifying survey.  It seemed to me to be the type of survey that FC may keep on hand to send you more surveys that you may be qualified for.  Unfortunately, a few pages in to this survey, I got stuck.  I clicked the "continue" button numerous times, yet the survey kept bringing me back to a page I had last filled out.  Reason could be because one of the questions presented is "Other Household Members Under 18" and my household does not have members under the age of 18 so I had to leave ALL choices BLANK.  There was no where within this question that I could choose "none" or "NA."  I believe it's this question that may be holding me up to continue on to the next page but, there's nothing I can do about it.  Help please?  Thank you!

PS:  This fusioncashsurveys.com page was attached to the "Personal Healthcare Study," which I never got a chance to complete, yet it still shows up in my list of FC Surveys and tells me I have "already participated."

I think there may be something wrong with the FC Surveys. I just tried to do one of them and I got taken to this mommyknowssurveys survey. It was like a survey where you just answer questions about yourself though. I then got taken to the mommyknowssurveys site where it had a whole bunch of surveys, but when I clicked on account. It was not my information there, it was someone elses.

I was also taken to my 'Profile' when I clicked the 'Personal Healthcare Study'. However, when I was in the 'other household members' section, I left quite a few answers blank because no one in my family suffers from anything and I didn't encounter any problems when I clicked 'Continue'. There was only 1 more Profile page to fill out after the 'other household members' and then I clicked 'Submit' and was taken to the 'Personal Healthcare Study' but got disqualified soon after. Something about my profile not being a good match. Oh well. I also got disqualified from the other 2 surveys that were listed but at least I got 3 DQ bonuses....so it's all good. 

From what you're saying, it sounds like maybe there was a glitch somewhere.  Unfortunately, I didn't get the DQ bonus from any of the available surveys there were.  Oh, well!

I did not have this particular one in my list to attempt , but I have had similar experiences with the FC surveys, which when that happens makes them no better than being DQ'd by the other survey companies, because I also then do not get the penny for trying which is why I do like the FC surveys most of the time and will give them my time and attention. I keep attempting them though because for whatever reason, once in a blue moon I actually qualify and complete one for $1.00 or so. It is discouraging though to put time into them and then have a technical issue, or not be able to finish and at least get the one penny.

I have had the same kind of problem. Thought it was weird so did not continue. Also receiving what I believe to be bogus survey invites in my e-mail junk. Not responding to those either. Maybe FC Admin could advise.
