Do you mean you are constipated?  Loose means to loosen something like loosen a belt.

Or are you trying to "lose" your stomach, as in dropping weight?

I'm going to start doing planks soon to flatten my stomach and form abs.  I've been doing research and this is suppose to work, I'll let you know how it goes.

I know what you mean.  I think lowering complex carbs, all the "white" stuff, really works. That and exercise of course.  Good Luck

Summer is upon us! Get yourself an inexpensive bicycle and find a good stretch of sidewalk/road that you can ride on without having to stop too much. I've just started using MapMyRide App for Android and I love it.

Stick with fruits,, leafy greens and vegetables.  Cut out sugar.  Only use meats as condiments to vegetable dishes.  Limit dairy

You want to stay away from those fast food restaurants, most of those foods will add that weight. I've seen the difference in people that eat those foods and the ones that don't, have flat stomachs. Its all in what we eat. Change your eating habits and do exercises that will help tighten up your stomach.

In addition to plank exercises (or in the absence of if you're not ready for an exercise regiment lol) drink more water and do a colon cleanse.

Water's great to help you get a flat stomach. Veggies are also really good and cut down on the sugar.

I know this isn't a food, but it will help some. Taking a fiber supplement like psyillium husk fiber helps to aid in cleansing the colon and keeping you regular. With a healthier system it's easier to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. The kind of fiber I'm talking about is the kind in a container that you take with water in the amount of about a tablespoon or two. You can get it in a flavor like orange or flavorless. Oriental Detox tea can also keep aid in keeping your system detoxed of impurities that can buildup over time and aid in regularity for weight loss.

Let me know if this helps.
