I live 10 minutes from the beach but I don't like it.

i've never REALLY been to the beach O_o
only once. when i was 9. my family went to galveston island.
so, i mean, the gulf of mexico.
but that's the only "beach" i've ever been to.

i could probably handle it on a cool, cloudy day.
but as for the general beach idea.. no for me :/

Love it.  I'm 10 minutes away from some ok ones, and 30 minutes away from beautiful one.  Hoping to go Monday

I do.  When I lived close I would go almost every day.  I didn't swim everyday but it's a nice beach park so I'd go there and lay on the ground and read and maybe go roller blading.

i love the beach, i recently just got back from a fantastic 7 day vacation in florida, it was simply amazing and well worth it.

Love the beach.  Lots of sunshine and big waves.  Seals and starfish.  I love going to the beach, although I've only been a handful of times.

I live 4 blocks from the beach and I love it. I wish it was summer all of the time. I could spend every day on the beach but I never go in the Ocean I am not fond of the salt water.

awww man I love the beach.I was born in Hawaii and moved to Alabama when I was very little.And every chance that I get I am always trying to get to a beach during the hot seasons.
I hope to move somewhere where there is a beach soon.There's nothing like waking up to a beautiful scenery filled with palm trees,sand and water.

I'm with you. everything is all right as long as I'm at the beach. i've picked seashells on the beach when it was 20 degrees outside and now that its getting warm - i'm itching to get there. 3 hours away from conn. but, those beaches have become so ghetto. now i drive 5 hours to cape cod or maine.
**affordable seaside living??? - Nova Scotia - you can build on the coast cheaper than the cheapest homes here in the U.S. - i'm seriously considering retiring there.

Used to live on the beach and moved to the midwest.  Got a tat of a starfish and crashing waves though to remind me of my true home
