I have been working on this site for a month and still have not met the quota.  Do you not have to wait until you have 3 months of 30 posts before being able to cash out?  I also have not been able to get any high paying tasks, they are always done before I have a chance.  So I will just keep working on it.

No, you can cash out whenever you hit $25.00, with $15.00 worth of offers. It has nothing to do with the 30 post monthly bonus. Of course those bonuses can help you get to the $25.00 quicker.
