FC Survey Issues still happening

I have had two DQed FC surveys this morning and two FC surveys that I completed - yet none of the four items have credited to my account. Not really sure what to do, but I am a bit tired of not getting credited for DQ in general.. maybe 1 out of every 6 DQed surveys I get the penny for my time. And I could also really use the money from the successful surveys I did. One was a survey where I had to get my son up here and answer questions about toys and the other was signing up for and confirming the mobile research panel.

And I just completed another survey successfully, that was about a gift for my daughter, no credit! Got two more DQed surveys, no penny credit.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is this normal... Im getting upset because I deserve the credit for my time and work.

My situation is the same as yours. Everything is going well with the Daily Surveys but not the FC Surveys and I'm not sure why. We've been having issues for at least 2 weeks now. Really frustrating. Wish someone would look into it and fix whatever the problem is. Two days ago, I successfully completed 2 FC Surveys and didn't receive credit for either one. I was asked to sign-up & complete a survey for one of them...which was 'Music Lovers Community' and then they were going to send me a email and I had to confirm my email address. I did everything I was supposed to but never got any credit and I think it has something to do with the end page...which said 'Error. Sorry for the inconvenience'. However, I wasn't disqualified from that survey at any point and had that error message not popped up, I would've been taken to the 'Congratulations' end page. I know of 1 other person who took that same survey and she also confirmed her email address and she didn't receive any credit either....due to the same error message at the end. The second survey that I took that day was fine...from start to finish. I received a 'Congratulations' end page but no credit. Yesterday, yet more issues with the FC Surveys. I successfully completed yet another survey and made it to the 'Congratulations' end page but no credit once again. Usually, if a FC Survey is going to credit....I only have to wait 30 mins - 1 hour before it appears in my account but it's been 24 hours and still nothing. So, I probably won't receive any credit yet again. I also got disqualified from 4 other FC Surveys last night and didn't receive any DQ Bonuses. No idea what's going on with the FC Surveys. When it's not one thing, it's another. Last week, it was the 'wrong amount being credited' issue and this week it's 'no credit at all'. Ugh! 

Is FC even aware of this problem? I hate to be "that guy" but I am considering submitting a ticket with them to politely complain. I know how to GPT world works and you don't always get credit for offers that you do, but there is definitely an issue with these FC surveys and I hardly qualify for surveys as it is, so when I get three in one day and make it to the congrats/thank you page like today, I REALLY want the credit! The DQ bonuses are nice to have as well, I don't know why I seem to always have issues with getting them though, and that has been on going for me for longer than 2 weeks.

I havent really went under any of their surveys lately. I keep getting eorrors for instance I see yuo are running internet explorer 8 you need to upgrade to access our site. They werent kidding when they said everyone is gopoing to have to have windows 7 or 8 to access the internet. I am finding more and more sites like this.

I had about three fc surveys where I completed them then on the page where I see congratulations, I saw some meaage I think it said that the survey was closed, not that I was disqualified. That is weird that I can complete a survey then when it's time for credit the survey is closed. Also there was a 9.50 dollar survey that I completed but I only got one dollar in credit. Very frustrating.

I was just coming here to say, it sucks to do a survey and then it says error try later, and you go back and all of a sudden it says you have done this survey already. Or when you just click on it and it says you dont meet the needs.. or when you do the WHOLE survey && don't receive credit.

seems like there's a lot of  problem when in comes to crediting in surveys, DQ is just a penny and no big deal, but what was promised should be given and we should get that penny.

I'd like to say that today I was credited for 2 of the 3 successful surveys I took the day I posted this. I don't know if they just had a delayed crediting time, or FC Admin saw my post and manually credited my account for those surveys since I specifically said which ones 2 of them were. It's not 100% what I should get for the amount of pennies I should have from being DQed or the other survey which didn't credit... BUT it is better than nothing and I am grateful for it. Thank you.

I also received credit today for a couple of surveys that I did several days ago.  I think the problem is that all these slow-paying surveys were probably offered by the same advertiser or survey provider...they finally got around to paying FC so now FC can pay us

I was just credited for some FC Surveys I completed like 4 days ago. Oh well, better late than never.

This happened to me last week. I completed two FC surveys and did not get credit. However, today I was credited for both of them

I have to tell you that a lot of the time, I don't get the DQ bonus for the FC Surveys either, however, just this morning I DID get a couple of them that didn't show up right away.  One DQ bonus I got this morning was from the date of 4-19-03 and the other was from 4-21-03.

I logged back into FC just now and I have my DQed bonuses! I am very happy. This is the first time I have received delayed DQ pennies though.. usually when I don't get them right away, I never get them. Thank you so much.
