I am having problems with collecting my usual 17 cents

Yesterday, I had problems with my computer until 8 last night.  When I got a chance to, I signed into FusionCash through my daily e-mail last night.  I clicked as I usually did, but instead of getting the caption to collect my 2 cents for daily e-mail, I got only "You must leave the next page open for 60 seconds to collect."  I got up this morning and got the same result when it came down to my daily e-mail and my paid-to-click.  What's going on?

The daily email always has that line about leaving the next page open for 60 seconds to credit, that's not out of the norm.

Did you not receive credit at all for the PTC or email? I would suggest clearing your cookies and retrying.

I had that also, but it credited like it normally does.  I clicked it and left it open then checked and I got credit.  Did you click on it to do your daily email.  If you did and it didn't work try clearing your cookies and do it again.

yea that happens now and again.....clean out your cookies and try again...if that doesnt work you can always change your email address.....it happened to me once but have not had any issues since...good luck

I have an update.  I got up this morning and my captions came up.  Thanks for all advice on this one.

You can, also, try a different browser.
I have to use IE to comment in the forum.

i have no problem with receiving credit for my emails i receive. so i am happy here! but i am so sorry to hear his. i sure hope it doesn't happen to me, but if it did i would try to contact support or something.

Sometimes it does something like that but it does credit you so I don't worry too much about it. Also like sherry said clear your cookies, it might help. I clear my cookies everytime I am about to log in to FC so I don't get weird problem like that. Anyhow, good luck.
