Bake or Fry?

Ooooooh:  Fry.  Definitely fried.

But as I've gotten older, my system doesn't handle fried food very well.  I'm also trying to diet so I stay away from the fried except for a few times a month.

I also liked baked.

I guess it depends on what the food is.

I prefer to bake as it is healthier. But fried always tastes better.  But I try and eat fried foods sparingly.

I have never fried very much at all just because it is more of a hassle.  But recently I am not eating fried foods hardly at all for health reasons so I will certainly be baking as opposed to frying from now on.

Baking. Frying smells bad unless its oven fry chicken.

 I bake a lot for the same reason that you said. It's healthier. My Mom use to fry some chicken and OMG it tasted so good. If I had to pick it would be Baking, you don't have to stay there and take care of it. You could do other stuff and cook in the same time.

Baking is supposed to be healthier, but I still prefer fried. Every one dies of something It might as well be tasty food.

I prefer baked food a tad bit more than fried. Both are delicious though.

I prefer baking cause it is less fattenning. Only occasionally will I eat fried chicken or country fired steak.
