I weigh myself every day. It makes me not eat as much during the day.

I'm a bad girl...I ignore it until an event comes that I need to wear something nice.

It's an important part of my day.  I use it to help with weight control (which is mostly weight I need to lose).  It also helps me plan out my meals.

I think weight scales make a bathroom look sophisticated.  They make nice decoration for any powder room ;).

I get on it but I don't really care what the number is.  I go by how my clothes fit and how I feel.

I think it's okay to own one, but no one should be checking their weight obsessively. Your weight fluctuates by a few pounds every day... A better measure of weight maintenance is how well your clothes fit.

I have been really watching what I eat and exercising for the past 2 weeks so I have been trying to weigh myself ever couple of days.   It does get annoying when you are really trying but the numbers just dont seem to be going down!

I don't weigh myself much because I do not feel the need to.

Typically I don't monitor my weight that much as I'm typically very active.  But during my rehab, I check it every few months to make sure I keep up enough aerobic activity so I don't gain too much weight during my recovery.  I know it'll go down once I'm back to full speed, but if I monitor it periodically I can make other adjustments to minimize my anticipated weight gain due to not training as hard as I normally do.
