No they don't and it's unlikely any time soon. They stress we must access the site from our home computer only.

  Wouldn't it be hard to do FC on a smartphone because it does not have a big screen like a computer so you can see. I think it would take longer on a smartphone.

It would be cool if they had an app that acted like the toolbar does.  Kind of separate but connected.  Like it could have phone related things, like downloading and trying apps or things like that.  Or making calls or doing mobile searches like the toolbar.  Oh an app sounds like fun.  It would be a really easy way to verify you then too.  Although I have a hard enough time keeping battery life as is.  I would have to just sit by an outlet all day long.
