Am I the only one that notices that there are Frozen Yogurt places opening everywhere. I literally see one opening on every block it crazy. I don't mind though  ;)

I read the subject line and thought you were referring to an Android OS version. On the subject there are a lot of people who still eat unhealthy, but there is also a strong movement of people trying to eat healthier (or convincing themselves they're eating healthier), hence the influx of many "health" theme businesses. I have seen a few more yogurt focused stores around too, but I don't exactly seem them filling either, however. At the moment they have not reached the Starbucks epidemic and I don't think they will.

They look like they are cheap to set up and run.  It's basically self serve all you need is someone to ring up the orders.  Maybe that's part of the reason.

Thats funny you mention this. I have seen a bunch open up also. As a matter of fact where I live there are many different cultures. I have seen a yogurt place open by Hasidic Jews, one opened by the Chinese and so on. They are popping up all over the city here.

Here too! I've been to one before and they're good but I didn't understand resent rise however like david said it's the world thinking they're being healthier. The culture think is really interesting though.

i know, probably cause its a healthier alternative for ice cream..
I enjoy froyo because its creamy and you can add lots of random treats to it..but I still love the flavor of real ice cream better. I like Cold Stones or Baskin Robins better

There's TONS of Frozen Yogurt shops that I've discovered in my area, Orangeleaf being the most prominent.

I've also discovered that I love froyo! With flavors like Red Velvet and White Chocolate Strawberry, how can you go wrong? Delish! I think it may replace ice cream in my summer priorities.
