Still No Credit for Visine Video

Hi, All! I wonder if anyone else has had this problem- Out of all the times I've tried to watch this video, I haven't received credit for any of them but the first day.

Did you attempt to clear your cookies and cache before trying again? Each time you want to view the video, try to clear cookies and cache as it just might help...

yeah, happened to me too.  I cleared the cookies and all, and still no credit except for the first time.  Maybe that's all it does?  Maybe you only get credit once?

I got credit yesterday but when I did it today no credit.  I too cleared my cookies and cache but as of yet still no credit.  I hope this gets fixed because it would be an easy .05.

This sure is a pickle. I'm glad it's not just me! Yes, I've been clearing cookies like crazy!

You might want to try a free software called CCleaner (the free version, not the paid one).  It's very good at cleaning house - browserwise.  Make sure your browsers are closed when you run it.

Also, when you finish watching the video, click the button that shows up after the video prompting you to print the coupon.  You shouldn't need to install the printer software, just open the page.  I leave that page open until I get the credit.

Others suggested finding a "click and watch" button - if you see that, try clicking that to watch the video.

I didn't get credit after the first time, but instead of posting in the forum I just started trying suggestions I read from other posts. Now I get credit every day.

Yep, oldbuddy gave me some tips, too.  And I think you mean the Vaseline video, right?  Cause if there is a video for Visine, maybe I am missing one.

I got it again today, so you must not have tried everything. There is no Visine video, it's a viral typo.

How do you clear cookies and cache? I've clicked on the video, but nothing happens.    I'm on google chrome, is that the problem?  Technology and I are often at odds, please help.

Look on your menu for Tools and click Clear Browsing Data.
