Verifying Info

Hi,
I recently got an e-mail from FC stating that i needed to verify some information to receive cashout and to use the cover letter to fax it in, trouble is i just moved my DL shows my old address. I don't have a fax machine here at home so i was curious if there was anyway i could e-mail it in. I have copies of like Electric/Cable bills i hope that would help. I just don't have a fax machine lol

They have made exceptions in the past if people really couldn't send readable information through fax but most copy places will charge a small fee to fax something for you. Or you find a business where you know someone that will do it for you for free

I never had that issue.  But I have to say that they are very thorough.  It may be due to which payment form you are choosing.  I have them send me a check because it's easier for me that way...and I have never had an issue!!  Good luck getting it resolved!
