Sports Opinions Survey disquallified but no credit

I tried do this survey but could not finish it.

They asked for my postal code, so i gave my Canadian postal code containing digits and characters.
Then i got an error message saying I had to put in a 5 digit code and so I could not continue.


Basically I got disqualified because I live in Canada which is fine but I should have gotten the credit or they should not have given me the opportunity to start the survey.

FC please prevent this from happening in the future by either not showing me these kind of surveys at all or by better designing the qualifing tests

After weeks of computer problems keeping me from completing a survey, I was able to do so today!!  Got my computer fixed and can now earn more money.  Sorry you had trouble with this survey.  You might try a Support Ticket to see if they have any advice for you concerning this issue.  Good luck!

I qualified and completed the survey about 15 minutes ago, but haven't gotten credit yet. Usually the FC surveys credit immediately for me, just hope I get the credit sometime.

If you live in the US you get so much more changes of being rewarded but not enough for me to move to the US

That would be upsetting. I've done surveys before that I couldn't finish because I couldn't answer something correctly or I done everything on the page but it keep saying that I didn't answer everything so I had to close it. What is bad is when you have completed lots of the survey already when that happens. What is bad to when that happens is we don't even get a penny then since we had to close it before we could even get disqualified.
Most surveys Canadian's probably can't qualify for then because most of the surveys I do asks for my zipcode.
