I liked the design of the pages.  I think the background color could be more exciting (I'm not a "gray" person, LOL).  Everything was still very easy to find and navigate to and I noticed the words were in a bigger font (nice for people who can't see too well).  One thing though - I noticed that none of the "FC Surveys" showed a "DQ Bonus" and when I was working on those this morning, I wasn't sure I would make a penny if I got DQ'd.  Of course, after checking my Account Page, I saw that I did get the DQ bonus but, I liked the fact that FC used to show right there on the page next to each survey, that little pile of change that assured you you would, LOL.

The pile of change icon has been changed to a green dollar sign.  The pile didn't fit the new design so it had to go.  But you should see the dollar sign on both your account and on the FC Surveys page.

I like the way it looks, and I think it might be easier once I get used to it, but on the paid to click, I could not find the end step where I could redeem for my $.15.  I had completed all the steps, but when I went to my account I had not automatically been credited with my $.15.  I kept looking for a redeem button or link and couldn't find one.  In my search, I did see a link that said something to the effect of:  If you are tired of the beta and want to go back to the original, click here.  Once I got back to the old method, I was able to redeem for my $.15 and it showed up immediately.  One note that I will share-  In the new design I had to scroll up to see the number of seconds left in my requirement, plus it was on the right side of the page.  I'm used to having the timer located on the left side of the page where I can glance at it conveniently with out having to scroll to another location.  I wasn't a fan of that new change.

I tried the new version today and I also had a problem with PTC.After the 2:30 expired and I clicked the link to redeem, part a (the Coupon Center),worked normally, but instead of giving me a link to redeem part b (Toluna),I got a second link to the Coupon Center.I was unable to finish and had to log out and redo the whole PTC on the old version.I was able to complete and be credited for it there.Other than that,I liked the rest of the new site.

Ok, this is about the look. Instead of the dark green for the buttons, paid to sign up, paid to call, etc. across the top, would it look better with a green like what's used now at the top of the community forum page?

And the logo would stand out more if it was outlined/highlighted a little more.

I really like the yellow green that lights up the buttons when I run my mouse across them. Pretty  :)

This happened to me today too, but I clicked the PTC link in the top menu and it reloaded the page and worked.

I did NOT find a button for my 'Bookmarked offers only' like the old layout had, so it takes more scrolling to find them in the big list.

Admin - someone in my last post under Suggestions pointed me to this official link.

The PTC glitch I reported with the sponsored link opening in the same window/tab does appear to be fixed.  The link opened in a new tab for me in FF v23 as expected.

Unfortunately there appears to be a new glitch introduced.  After the timer ran out, I was presented the first click link to the Coupon page.  I clicked that and the page opened in a new tab as expected.  However, the PTC page didn't seem to register that click, so I was never presented with the secondary click link to complete the task.

I had to go back to the old site to complete the full PTC task.

Assuming something in the sponsored link solution is interfering with the end game of the task.  Hopefully this will point you to the spot.  Probably a missing semicolon...it's always the missing semicolon (or insert "obvious" syntax error of language choice)  :BangHead:   ;D

In this case it was a number 2 and not a semicolon, thank goodness... should be fixed!

When I tried PTC, after the timer ran out there is no button/link to redeem.
This is what's showing:

"You have visited 4 page(s) today. You have to visit four content pages for a total of 2½ minutes to qualify.
You have visited a sponsored ad."

The only thing below that is a banner ad for Skinny Fiber.  ???

Ok, I really need some help with the ptc. When I try to click on the entertainment or recipes page, this page opens up. Why am I getting this? I can't get the 15-cent credit and I've tried several times. For now I'll just log in the old way. Any help would be appreciated.

well once again a change without warning and I did not get my daily email to open, when I tried to log in, I was told that my long used email address was not active or recognized when a message was sent so I had to reset to use my alternate email which I was not pleased about. Far better it would have been to leave alone things that were not broken and use that time to fix things that STILL don't work at all and to increase available offers. I am sure that Admin's inbox was just flooded with complaints about how the site looks! Bull doo doo . I would venture to guess that there were far more support tickets or emails about the other areas of the site that just weren't working. Now don't try and spin this that the problem is on my end when my email and ISP are the same that they have been for over 10 years and I am still receiving all of my regular mail from all other contacts. You need to fix it so this platform acknowledges that juno.com is a legit ISP and you all owe me for today's 2 cents for the daily email as it did not come to the newly registered  email address either. And I will expect credit for every day that I am unable to earn the 2 cents until you have the problem fixed, should it not arrive tomorrow and the next day etc...  Why is it that techies think that things always need to be changed? thinking that they are making improvements, then don't test them as their egos are just so sure that their coding abilities won't have anything that doesn't work, instead of putting that energy towards fixing the leftovers from the last update that still aren't working? Disappointing FC-- you all just keep pushing the door wider open and inviting people to leave.
Hello TOMAS, just a couple quick notes-- your juno email issue (which has affected other users lately) is indeed an issue with Juno blocking our emails to a handful of users.  It happened last month as well.  I've cleared the block on our end and that should resume your emails (although you may have to resubscribe to DCEs).  That issue has absolutely nothing to do with the new design.  We are not forcing you or anyone else to use the new design yet -- we offer the option to try it.  How else would you propose that we "warn" members about a new design?
I am not going to address the rest of the things you said, since I don't believe it would be constructive.  Suffice to say that there are many different perspectives in the world Smiley  Also, just so you know, I deleted the other two copies of this exact message that you pasted elsewhere.

Thanks for the update and information. Sorry I posted so many places, but I was not sure where you were going to be reading feedback. I think it might have been helpful to list that you were looking for beta testers under the Fusion Cash thread, as I know for me and perhaps others, I NEVER look under the discussions thread because I am not interested in playing a number game to infinity or reading inspirational Bible verses, The logical place would be under Fusion Cash since that is what you are actually discussing.  I would also appreciate if you become informed about when we are good to go , then I will change back to my primary juno email. I did go to the beta viewing form and all I can say is that it looks like K-Mart trying too hard to become Target, neither of which appear classy. Having received three thank you's on my original post just in this thread, and who knows if there were more in the other threads, ( and I have very rarely gotten thank yous) I must be on to something, why the need to change when things were working? The Green original design was classy and reflected/incorporated money which is what most of us are here for. The new design looks like a coloring book that got thrown up by Ronald McDonald and it looks like it is trying too hard. Will we be allowed to continue with the original format even when you think you have everything addressed? Once again, far better to put time and energy towards matters and issues that will generate more money.. like working offers, more videos, etc. The rest of this is/ was unnecessary.

Is it just me or I really miss the old 1990's style layout. The contrast of colors are harder on the eyes.  I have 20/20 vision or relatively close to it in my early 30's.  I do not wear contacts nor glasses. I just think the colors are way off.

I agree... and that's exactly where I posted it.  Look up above ... you can see it!
FC Community > Discussion Boards > FusionCash > Beta Testers for New Design

I would also appreciate if you become informed about when we are good to go , then I will change back to my primary juno email.
Juno's continued issues are up to Juno.  If they decide to start blocking our emails again out of nowhere, we can't stop them.  I suggest switching to another provider.

As you've been told in support tickets, your issues with offers/clicks/credits mostly stem from your chosen anti-virus product.  Since you wont get rid of it, we can't do much about it.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the color scheme.  You may or may not have noticed that it's been changed a number of times already.  We are still testing and working on it.  Specific suggestions like "the header buttons (e.g. EARN CASH) would look better in a darker green" are a lot more helpful / constructive than comments like "thrown up by Ronald McDonald".

To all, I've been working on some issues today and would ask those of you who had trouble, to try again.  What's been addressed is:
1) Overlap/formatting/text size issues:  these seem to be related to browser zoom settings.  Try pressing CTRL+0 (that's a zero) to restore standard zoom.  On PTC/PTR/Tasks/Videos (where these issues seem to be the worst), the page will pop up a warning if it detects non-standard zoom settings.

2) Issues with PTC involving redeem buttons appearing twice, or not at all: these should be fixed.

3) IE10 was unable to load PTC pages Entertainment, Weather, and a couple of others.  This should be fixed.

4) Issues with PTC not recording ad clicks, and with the countdown timer: these should be fixed.

I did NOT find a button for my 'Bookmarked offers only' like the old layout had, so it takes more scrolling to find them in the big list.
I indeed removed that one - it wasn't so popular.  But you can still find them from any offers page.  Just put your mouse over the "star" bookmark icon, and a tooltip will pop up which includes a link to view all your bookmarked offers.
I'll also add a link to that page in "My Account".

I like the new design better.  It is easier to understand.  However, how do I get it to stay there, because I have to do it everyday.
