When will the sponsors page be updated again for the "paid to click" option?

 

If you're talking about the new FC design, you'll find the Paid To Click under "Repeatable Daily."  So, click on the "EARN CASH" button at the top of the page.  Once you get the new page, click on the TAB that reads "Repeatable Daily."

No I mean, we have the same three sponsors All the time,
I was wondering will we get more sponsors to choose from .
