New Yahoo! mail format - do you like it?
« on: September 23, 2013, 04:02:14 am »
Have you noticed the new Yahoo! mail format this morning?  Well, how can you not?  But, I do not like it.  Has anyone figured out a way to NOT use the new format and take your e-mail page back to the previous format?  I hope someone can tell me something.  I don't really want to have to go to a new e-mail address on another webpage, because I am not sure where I would go.  I am not a fan of g-mail and I am in with about 40 survey sites and updating on all of that is a lot!  How can I just get my e-mail page on Yahoo!  back to what it was?

 :dontknow:   ???   :crybaby2:

If they had a way, it would most likely be some setting on your profile to switch between profiles.  I have a yahoo mail account, but hardly ever log into it.  I downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird and hooked it up to my Yahoo account and retrieve my email that way.  Only time I log into Yahoo via a browser is if I suspect some emails ended up in the spam bucket.

Yeah mine changed a few weeks ago.  I don't like it either.  Harder to navigate and use.

Not the best that is for sure, it is real hard to get around and navigate the mail box.

I don't like the new format at all.  I hope it not going to force me to update it.

Yahoo! mail layout seems alright.... Changes is always annoying to me but it's still easy to navigate... The one thing I hate about yahoo is their customer support

The new format can be changed to basic mail.  I get messages that tell me that the new format is slow and give me the preference to change to basic mail all the time.  Hope it helps.  Maybe you have to ask for the change.  I just wish it would stick. ??? ??? ???

I don't like the new format, it is hard to navigate, and I like the old format better.

I have an account for offers/spam, etc., that I open about once a month, so I don't think I've seen it. I do know that when GMail updated their software, you had the option to use the old version, so I would think Yahoo does the same.
