Keeping track of posts for the bonus

How do you keep track of the posts you have made in each month, to get the bonus for 30 or more? I know I'm not anywhere near that, but I was just wondering., so if I ever do make it, I can tell how many I've done.

Look up above and you will see where you can click on "home" "search" "profile" and so on.  Click on "profile" and it will tell you how many posts you have done along with some other information.

Does it tell you how many you've made that month?
I guess I should go look before I ask huh ;p
