Sorry to hear that. Maybe you have an old version of internet explorer or firefox. I haven't seen that video at all. But I know I have an old computer so I would not even bother to download anything else on my computer. I would just try the other videos that don't require any downloads.

my candy crush is frozen and I love that game  :'( so I have to find another game to brcome addicted to.
