Mine is lemon pepper and it is more of a rub than a true sauce.

I think ranch is more of a dipping sauce than an actual sauce put onto/over the chicken wings.

I like the classics... Hot sauce with blue cheese. I esp. like the original style: suicide wings from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY! Their hot sauce has chunks of peppers and spices that you can actually see. It gives their wings more flavor than just a pure mouth-burning sensation.

Well, if we are talking B Dubs sauces, then I get mild.... but I just love a simple FRANKS RED HOT sauce on my chicken! YUM,.

While I have tried hot sauce and ketchup on my wings, I tried Louisiana Wing Sauce.  It is supposed to be original, but it is bold and spicy.  I like the fact that it has a kick to it.  I have to buy more of it.  I am down to my last bottle.  I bought 3 bottles for $5.
