I want to go out of town my cousins invited me to their house.  I could fly but flying standby around the holidays is a nightmare and I don't know if I can make it back to work in time.  It's a 13 hour drive and if I do that I'd have to turn around and come right back.

We are staying in town and having Thanksgiving dinner with my brother and his family. The following weekend we celebrate again with my husband's side. We have a lot to be thankful for.

I am neither staying home nor leaving the state. I will be travelling with my daughter and her husband to her husband's cousin's house which is in my state. Then on the next day, we will all be re-celebrating with other relatives at a local Chinese restaurant. It's complicated, but touches all bases.

I will be staying home and cooking for my family. We don't get to see each other very much because everyone lives so far apart and all of our work schedules are a conflict. I look forward to spending time with all of them. It will be 2 days of cooking for about 30 minutes of glory but I guess it will be worth it. HA!HA! :peace:

Our house, it seems that everyone needs to go to their in-laws.  My hubby's mom is with us and his sister to her house, and that's where we are going.  So everyone splits here.  We like leftovers and turkey.  We don't get turkey leftovers when we visit.  I bake a turkey and the stuffs the next day. I send my kids to shop for me early at a black Friday sale, and we feast when they come home.  We have a double take on that lol

Staying home. All my family lives in the same state as me. Even if I go visit them, it will be a long drive but not out of state.

We will be at home.  We have not decided what we are having for Thanksgiving  dinner.  I know we will be getting cranberry sauce, and I love eggnog.  My husband loves his "yams" and I will buy turkey parts and make dressing.  My daughter informed me that she has to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas, so we will not get a visit from her.  It will be just my hubby, my grandson and me.  ??? ??? ???
