I'm totally in the same boat! I considered myself very attractive a year and a half ago.. Now I have a 5 month old and my body is totally different. I have 50 lbs to lose before I'm back to my old weight, but I'll probably have to lose more because my body is sooo out of whack now.

I lost 10 lbs the past month tracking calories on sparkpeople.com and making recipes from there... of course I'm also breastfeeding which helps.

Good luck!

that's right. no fast food and soda. it has been hard for me since i moved with my mom. she already have some of her own food and i don't like most of her foods. i'm hoping that my mom will eat her foods then i can start shopping some of my own food.

breastfeeding is the best thing to do for the baby and the mother. i used to breastfeed, but both of my girls are lazy eating and prefer bottles. keep up with breastfeeding. thanks for help! :)

It was SO hard at first. I wanted to quit every single day. But now we're past 5 months and going strong... he hasn't had solid food yet. We may delay that for 8 months and go for a pristine gut! :)

I have seen the weight loss wii being advertised and  have seen it in a few stores. My cousin has a wii nad he has lots of games to use on it. I have played a few of the games and actually enjoy them. I think I will look into the Wii and see what they offer and see if my cousin has the new fitness game. I am currently trying to loose weight. I am loosing about 4 pounds per month. My doctor has me on a perscription diet pill which has really helped but I would like to get more weight off quicker.

Yes, it will be nice to lose weight quicker. What kind of diet pills are you on? I'm curious. I wasn't sure if diet pills are worth to take it while trying lose the weight. But I always can listen some people's opinion. I may try it and see if it works for me. Thanks for sharing!  ;D

Like others have said, eat well and drink water.  You'll need lots of cardio, too- try to go in the morning, before you've eaten anything.  It'll help burn the fat you're trying to get rid of, not calories from the food you've eaten before you even got to the gym.

I know what it's like.  I'm still trying to lose that last 20 pounds since the birth of my son (who is almost 4 now!).  I have been walking to the store with him instead of driving, or walking anywhere we can.  I also am trying to keep my portion sizes down instead of cutting out foods that I really want but 'shouldn't' have.

also as you grow more muscle your body will need more nutrients so then your muscle will start using up most of the nutrients so that will help you keep thinner.

Put the kids in a stroller and take them on a nice, long walk every day. That will build up your strength quickly and cause you to lose weight. It also doesn't cost anything.
