Just called the phone number for Home Improvement pay to call.  You have to be on the line 4 minutes.  I was talking with a girl for 3 minutes then the phone went dead on their part!  Naturally I didn't get paid!

Frustrating Im sure. 
There are many other ways to get paid...keep trying.
