Do a search on your account page for 'Denied'. Very, very rarely, a survey won't pay or revoke credit. It's frustrating when it happens, but thankfully it's very rare.

Credits that are more than 180 days old expire.

When you check your account, look at the credits at the bottom of the page.  Those that are older than 180 days will show as expired.  Those that are within 30 days of expiring will have a red notice (at least they did under the old format) telling you that they will expire in "x" days.

If you have any like that, I suggest that you request a cash out asap.  When you request the cash out, all of the credits will go into a pending cash out status and will not expire while the cash out is being processed.

If your cash out is denied (ie you have credits that are reversed that reduce your cash out amount below the 25/15 minimum requirement), than your credits will be place back into your account -- and at that time any credits more than 180 days old will expire.

I just received notification from Fusion Cash that one of my payments for taking a survey was revoked. The amount was $1.60.

You can open a support ticket if you can not find what payment was revoked or denied.
