Arbonne Hydrating Body Lotion and Reactivating Body Serum is wonderful for dry skin.  It makes the skin so soft and supple, it is a bit pricey but well worth the money.  :)

The best lotion i have used is St. Ives twenty-four hour restoration. It sure helps me through the winter months however I do apply it two times a day. Morning and night.

I use Vaseline intensive care with Aloe Vera. It does a good job on my dry skin and for my son I still use Johnson and Johnsons cocoa butter. :)

I started using Cerave in April and I really like it. You don't have to use a lot and it spreads really well.

Well I think the best lotion to use is aveno lotion. Aveno works for my dry flaky skin and it doesn't irritate sensitive skin either.
