Business Card Transcription

After doing this task for a 3 days, I have noticed something I hope to get an answer.

I've been careful with the transcribing and usually the "Entries" and "Correct" are usually equal...but after I get into the 10s and 20s "Entries," it starts losing "Correct" answers. First it will be 5, then 8, and higher. Every day the count not credited as "Correct" is up to 40-50 entries. It just seems odd that it's the same amount every day.  :o

Is there a problem with the counting or am I just being paranoid?  :) What consists of a wrong answer?

Another question just popped up:  I'm starting to get a "FORBIDDEN" page when I enter my first card of the day. I have to get out of it and log in to FC again. Then I'm okay for the day. So I lose the first card I do for the day. Why?
