FC surveys not loading

I've tried to open a couple different surveys, but it wont load. and if i close it and try to open it again, im told i already did that survey. im not getting credit for it, of course. but its not fair because now i dont have the chance to do it.

and before its said, my internet connection is fine. i checked.
