Instant headache

Strong smells give me a headache almost instantly. Places like Michaels or bath and body shops are the worst for me.

Anyone else have instant headaches? Do share...

I can definitely relate to that and for me I think what's even worse is the "scents" make me SNEEZE and sneeze and sneeze!!!!

Yes, I can relate.  I, too, get headaches in certain settings.  If I have to go through the household cleaning supply aisle of the grocery store, the combination of those scents gets to me.  The main cleaner I use in my home is vinegar so I'm not used to harsh cleaners.  When ever I use bleach, it's very diluted so I don't have a problem with it.

Sometimes I get headache, because of strong perfume smell. I don't like strong smells, especially the artificial ones.

If someone is wearing too much perfume or cologne it instantly stuffs up my nose and makes me sneeze.

i realized today, the hand sanitizer i was given as a gift (gingerbread scent from bath and body works) gives me an instant  headache. I had a string of headaches for a few days and couldnt figure out why, and sure enough it was the scent of the sanitizer.

I stay away from the laundry detergent and cleaning supply aisles, especially in large stores.

I go to the dollar store to get detergent and cleaning supplies because there isn't so much in one place. Plus, the aisles are shorter, so I can get out faster if it bothers me.

I suffer from headaches...I have never though that they can be associated with smells.....
