in 1967 I have my first car accident as a teen on Friday 13 ... chuckle.  That's what Friday 13 reminds me of, I'd have to say most of my Fridays 13th have been great in comparison!  Chuckle

Just because the 13th day of the month falls on a Friday doesn't mean you will have bad luck.  Things happen.
Nothing can make bad things happen just because the Friday of a month happens to also be the 13th.  Then again I do not believe in silly superstitions.  I walk under ladders, step on the cracks in side walks, have broken mirrors and on and on and nothing bad happens as a result.

I'm very pleased to see that most people (at least the ones who responded to this post) don't believe in having bad luck on Friday, the 13th. 

It gives me hope in mankind.

I have a son with a birthday on the 13th of Dec. but he didn't have any bad luck at all Friday.  I don't really pay any attention to Friday the 13th for myself.

Sorry for your day

I never related my lucky/not lucky day with a date. i don t even realize when 13 fall into friday it is friday the 13th. to busy to check calender with all family member activities...

I really like "Friday the 13th -- the Series" even though it now is somewhat dated.  All those cursed objects the main characters were trying to recover were quite imaginative.  The concept is similar to "Warehouse 13."

Sorry to hear you had a bad day ... my day was just fine ... I don't even let the thought of it being a bad one due to the fact that it is friday the 13th creep into my head ..
