You need to send a ticket into Support and find out what you can do since you don't have a fax.  Keep in mind that FC wants to make sure that you receive your cash out payment -- not that it is sent to someone who says they are you -- but aren't.

I don't have a fax either but it's been such a long time since I joined and cashed out that I don't remember what I had to do to verify who I was.

It may be more important for FC to know who you are if you are asking for a check.  I suspect that if you were cashing out to PAYPAL (which requires that you have a verified PAYPAL account -- which means PAYPAL has confirmed who you are), FC verification might be easier.

A few years ago I had to verify my account info with another site that only accepted fax verification. I didn't have a fax either at the time, so I just went to an OfficeMax to fax my info in. Most Staples, OfficeMax stores, UPS locations, etc. have public fax. Also our local library offers fax service too.

I had a similar problem recently and I was told I had to fax it. Does your computer have a fax capability because that might work. Otherwise you can go to a bank or ups store, they usually have a fax machine.

I don't understand what you wrote:

Who denied you the use of direct deposit?  Do you know why?  (ie you don't have a bank account; or you do, but FC couldn't verify your account information?)

You tried PAYPAL -- did you get your account verified?  (Which generally means that you either have a bank account or a credit card that PAYPAL can access if your PAYPAL charges exceed your PAYPAL account balance)

None of that is important, however, if you can use a public fax machine to fax the information that FC requested.  Didn't realize that public fax machines were readily available.

swogden all my stuff is verified i try a direct deposit first denied me and sent a form i had to fax with my information on it which i have no fax machine  also tried pay pal and check but it said after done that since you was denied on direct deposit  you got handle fixed that problem first  i dont see how you dont understand but its ok

They're not going to pay you in any form until they can verify your identity. There are several places, as mentioned, that will allow you to fax for a low fee so you should do that as soon as possible so you can get paid

I used my PayPal account when I received my first cashout.  The point is, they had to verify my PayPal account and it took me 4 days to get it verified.  I bear some responsibility because I thought they were unable to verify my account and changed my e-mail address.  But you can ask Support what is the issue with having to verify your information.  Good luck.
