That really really sucks. I hope you figure out what's up. I never had a cashout denied, and I'm so happy for that.

Wow, sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I've had two survey payments revoked so far. It really does suck when it happens.

It rarely happens but it does happen. I've had one be revoked almost 2 months later long after I had received that payment and had requested the next one. I take way too many surveys to even begin to remember what the survey was about or why it was denied so I just move on

Yep, I agree if you take a lot of surveys, sometime it is hard to look back and remember what could have went wrong. I got in the habit of taking a screen shot after surveys and saving them in a folder. This way if anything goes wrong and they need info about it, I can at least provide that.

I took the survey on December 14th and I recevied this email on December 30th.

The advertiser for FC Survey: Food Study has revoked payment for your signup. We have adjusted your account to remove the credit for FC Survey: Food Study and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We are unable to provide compensation in the event of advertiser revocation. Typically, advertisers revoke credit because they determined that you did not have a legitimate interest, or if they detect fraudulent activity such as the use of a pre-paid or un-billable credit card. Payments are also revoked if you have signed up for the offer (or a similar one) in the past, as advertisers may consider such sign-ups to be duplicate and fraudulent.

FC Surveys are revoked for one of several possible reasons: your answers were rejected by the survey provider, or you completed the survey too quickly, or (in some cases) you were required to complete a second step (e.g. attend a focus group) and you failed to do so.

If you have any questions, please log in to your account and open a support ticket.

NOTE: This is a one-time notification email sent from an unmonitored email box. Replies to this email will not be read.

I've seen this happen once or twice, usually it happens when people put a lot of the same answer, or garbage text in their survey answers.  The company who runs the survey dont pay out on non-useful surveys.

This has happened to me a couple of times.  I give honest answers to the questions.  I read all of the questions.  Maybe I read them faster than they think people should read, but I am a fast reader.

I tend to read the question kinda fast too sometimes, but have learned to slow down a little bit just to make sure I don't go through the survey too fast.

I've had survey awards denied several times in the past to me since joining, BUT I've done countless surveys here that have all paid, and all of those denials are spread out since I joined in 2010, so it is a very tiny percentage over the years.

I do get irritated when it happens, because I know I don't do surveys that I'm not qualified for, I give good marketing data, and I don't rush. Sometimes I think maybe it's because these surveys are distributed through so many different affiliates, I may have taken a same or similar survey at another GPT site, and that's why they can't use my data.

In the end though, it's not the end of the world, because it is only a tiny percentage over the years of the surveys I've done here.

I never had a cashout denied, but I try to give myself a buffer over the $15 minimum in offers. However, the last time I had a survey denied, I was at $16 in offers, but had a $1.70 survey revoke which put me under the $15 minimum. I just cancelled the cashout request, waited until I had $17 in offers, and then resubmitted.

Because the surveys tend to pay more now than they did in the past, I think I'm going to keep doing $17 in offers before I cashout now, just to be on the safe side :)
