Flossing reduces Gingivitis and I just seen on Doctor OZ that there is a correlation between the health of your teeth and some cancers. :o - So floss regularly - aim for at least once a day preferably twice a day!!!

I told my dentist that I am the Flossing Queen of DE because I need to have floss around all the time.  I floss at least daily and mostly more.  I can't stand the feel of food between my teeth. ;)

Yes, but not as often as I should. I have a retainer on the back of my four bottom teeth so i have to use a special floss for that. It get frustrating.

Once a day.  I know I should do it twice but I get lazy before I go to bed.

Yes, I floss every single day. I usually try to floss twice a day.

I never did before but lately I've been doing it twice a day and i find it really makes a difference. I always thought that it was extra time I didn't have. But I'm finding my mouth feels cleaner.

I do floss, but not every single day, even though I like it better when I do.

I carry floss in my purse so I have it available for those times when something gets stuck between my teeth.

I floss every day right before bed. After seeing what my toothbrush leaves behind, I'm glad I do.

I have gun disease, so I floss ofen. My dentist said the best thing to do is use an electric toothbrush. Reason is the pulsation against the gums. I also use the in-between picks. The bristle ones work the best for me. They look like a small bottle brush. Keep smiling!

Dentists say flossing is as important as brushing.  I like the little floss sticks - a wire with bristles on it.  It is small enough to fit between the teeth.
