FC Survey Trouble

I'm not sure why, but every time I click on an FC Survey, a new window pops up and the page just has a "Loading Circle" that spins for a long time and the survey never loads. Am I completely missing something here, or is this normal?

That sounds like the tv ad survey. I have had that happen to me a few times. Unfortunately when that has happened I ended up having to click out of it.

I had this happen to me a few times as well. If you're using IE, try clicking on the Compatibility View icon in the address bar. It's between the search and refresh icons. Hope that works for you. I also started using Google Chrome more often and do not experience that problem.

Hmmmm what happen to me on TV survey is expired.... it appears at 4PM or after every day. But when i open to late, I become DQ.

Thanks for the assistance everyone! It's really a bummer because if the survey has that loading screen and I close out of it, when I try to open it back up it says I already completed the survey . It's very annoying, but I will keep trying! If anyone else has any tips, please feel free to share and I will do my best to keep you updated!

That has happen to me a few times, not sure what causes it, I generally just click out but that means I miss out on that particular offer.

It should not take that long for a FC survey to load. Sometimes there are are errors that prevent an FC survey to load. Try clearing your cookies and browsing history and then try the FC survey again.

def make sure to clean cookies out constantly... try downloading cc cleaner... great program that cleans all cookies on all your browers at once
