What is your normal day like? What do you do?

My day is like or consist of :
I wake up, have coffee and sometimes I watch one program than I am on the computer the rest of the day.  I don't have a job anymore and sometimes I get bored but I am disabled and I am not suppose to life over 10 pounds but some days I can't really lift that much. The only time my day changes is when I go to the doctors and grocery day.  I have anxiety personality disorder and I pretty much stay home and in my room.  I don't know why I am like this I tried go to a medical counselor and talk about my problems but it didn't work I did it for six months and it just got to the point where I couldn't afford the co-pay and the gas to go three days a week.  The doctor wants me to go to behavior health well that's even further and I hate leaving my home it wears me out and my chronic pain gets worse, my anxiety is really high but maybe I need this I don't know.  I feel better just talking on here and staying home.

are you taking any meds for this condition?  I too am disabled, at home all day, can't lift much due to chronic back pain, can't stand or sit long so I'm up and down a lot.  have depression but my anxiety isn't too bad, but I'm medicated (chuckle) ... altho the meds make me so tired.  but I push myself (may not look like it to others, but believe me it's pushing ...  ).  I used to go out and get books at thrift stores, as they are very inexpensive that way, but I've recently started downloading free books from kindle to my smartphone.  makes my recluse tendencies worse, but I still get out because I have a small dog and she has to be walked, at least every other day ... if not everyday. I do clean up around the house, in spurts laying down in between. 

Prayers are with you dear.  Just do one thing a day you don't feel like doing.  That's all it takes.

Monday through Friday I work 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and then I have school for a few hours and studying as well.  I have no free time really, because on weekends I study.  I do manage to do FC during the workday as far as Radio Loyalty goes.  I am able to spend a few minutes on PTC and the daily e-mail and trying a task or survey.

well up in the morning and off to work then home to take out the dogs and have some lunch and then on the pc to work from home for a while then the kids get home from school and work and we have supper then I settle in watching tv and playing with the dogs and on the pc then off to bed about 10 pm --kinda boring uh? but that's my life

You are very busy, I once was busy like that,  I worked in the In Home Services and ran my own business, and finally went to college which I did graduate and now have an associates Degree in Accounting.  Keep up the good work and be ware you don't ware yourself out like I did because it my my health situation worse and I ended up quitting my job and closing my store.

Sorry to hear that you have health problems like mine, I still haven't been approved by the Social Security Administration.  To answer your question yes I do take medications for all my health problems I take about 26 but I am not sure.  I also qualified from medicaid In Home Services and I see a nurse once a week.  Like you I can't stand, sit, lay down, walk, stoop for very long without changing positions every 10 minutes or so I don't have to do house work I get help for that.

Mines is sleep at 5am wake up at 2pm >School>Temporary Job>Home that's my whole week  Saturday and Sunday I just sleep most of my day off.

I get up at 4 am and the first thing I do is make a pot of coffee and then I get on FC and make some money.  Then I get ready for work.  I work 5 days a week.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

well now that I am retired ,,,,  I can sleep a little later,,,,,  get up,  have some tea and make some money while I'm drinking it and listening to the morning news 

then I usually do some housework while i make some money with the fc radio playing.  LOL

think about evening dinner and grab some video's and do some tasks on fc.

evening are for spending with my other half,,,,,,,  when we can

Get started on school work / homework / reading
Complete other papers and such activities for classes
Do some online making money activities such as fusioncash
Possibly clean a little bit
Then hopefully relax if I have time

My routine is about to change though because I am having to take off of school.

I took a Franklin Covey organizational course at work years ago & they state to define your goals.  Then set up small incremental goals every day/week/month that you have to do to progress to your main goal.   They said to write them out & set up your master plan to achieve.   It does work.

I'm sorry to here about the troubles in your life but it seems as if you are making the best of a tough situation.  I wake up in the morning at about four fifteen, walk the dogs, feed the dogs, grab two stiff cups of coffee, work on my 2nd job for two hours, drive my son to school, jump on a Project that lasts till June that pays well (the company might hire me on full time but I don't know if I want to work there), come home, make dinner, work for six more hours and go to sleep which covers Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays I get up at five and work from home until ten at night.
