two of the freebies arent working for me. whats going on?

for the past two days i have been doing the freebies and am only getting credit for one of them.  the one im getting credit for is the 15 cent one which is sad for me because i cant get the 1.75 that i need! i have 21.45 and am SOOO close to cashing out for the first time. when i click on the 0.75 daily survey i fill in the form and then it goes blank and no matter how long i wait for it to load it doesnt load.  and when i do the $1 daily survey i fill out the form (everything is the truth) and i get to two question and then it says 'thanks for your time' and everything but i dont get credit. whats going on? im SO excited to being so close to cashing out! and how do i make more money because ive don all of the freebies practically (all that i am elegible for) and im short a few bucks. any suggestions?  please help!
