I am hooked on Wendys Chocolate Frostys.

It would be a toss up between Wendy's Frosty or Steak N Shakes oreo milkshake.

It's been so long that I've been to Wendy's I didn't even realize they were offering frosty's in flavors other than vanilla.  I like the shakes from that restaurant where you can combine to flavors in a glass.  One side chocolate the other side Banana.  I don't think it's checkers?  I'm not sure of the name of the place now... they have those shoe string french fries too.

Double chocolate sippable sundae from stake and shake is at the top of my list. But I also like regular chocolate, vanilla, sometimes strawberry and shakes with mini M&M's.

My favorite is a vanilla malted, milkshakes are just too watery for me.  If you're talking about something like a Dairy Queen Blizzard, that would be Butterfinger flavored.  Baskin and Robbins also makes a mean Double Chocolate shake that's awesome.
