Passover/ Easter

Ok so normally Passover and Easter are at the some time. But this year Passover actually falls first starting on Tomorrow night. But then all of our Jewish Holidays this year have fallen early. So I just want to wish all of you out in the FC nation who celebrate Passover a happy Hag Samacha (Happy Passover). May you enjoy all of the matza and matza ball soup. And to those who don't do Passover but do Easter next week a happy Easter.

I understand that there is some on here that like to preach but I am a Jewish girl born and raised and I did this post simply to say happy Holidays!

Nisan 14th 2014 yrs ago is the month and day of the Jewish calendar that Jesus was put to death.This year that fell on April 14th....Passover.

If some do not want to support history or the bible that is their decision.As i mention many times here if only 1 person gets the significance of the truth backed up with the bible and history...its worth mentioning it!!

The Jewish liturgical year is not simply the basis for Jewish holidays, but for the Christian movable feasts as well—those annual holidays that do not fall on a fixed date but vary according to astronomical occurrences.

The celebration of Passover took place just before the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ, and the two holidays have been entwined from the beginning—the word Pasch, originally meaning Passover, came to mean Easter as well.
