Similar Sampling in a Song

This has been bugging me for awhile... In the song "La La La" by Naughty Boy (featuring Sam Smith), there is an uncredited female vocalist / chanter that has a hook throughout the song (here's the video to the song (the hook starts at about 0:28 into the video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3O1_3zBUKM8) Looking around online, it sounds like Sam had sampled that hook from some Indian / Bollywood collection. The thing is, I'm almost positive that I've heard this exact hook in some other song (from the 90s?) and I can't figure out from where. Assuming that what I've found is correct, that would mean that both songs are sampling from the same source, but I can't figure out what the source is to help me find this other song. Does anyone on FC remember what other song has this same hook?
