Radio Loyalty Problem

Yesterday, sometime in the middle of the day, the normal Radio Loyalty page went black with this message:

"Thank you for your listening, however we only allow 1 player to be open at a time.
To view our station guide to search for additional stations you can go to:
http://radioloyalty.com/station-guide/index.php"

I was not running another player.  I tried clearing all my cookies with no change resulting.  This morning I tried Radio Loyalty again before opening any other programs (besides email & FC)-- still get the same page.  Please advise.

This happened to me also yesterday. I restarted my laptop and then it was fine there was probably a second radiology running in the background also I have no idea. It has been doing funny things lately. But today I have a crediting problem.
