Does a Support Ticket Help?
« on: June 05, 2014, 04:39:29 pm »
Do you all submit support tickets for offers that didn't credit? I am a member of several gpt sites and I generally don't unless it was something I paid for or submitted my credit card for. I submitted a support ticket for the MyScore credit offer for $10 and it didn't credit. I did get a reply, but it was basically sometimes they don't credit right away, read our FAQs on offers crediting, and sometime these things just don't credit. I also read under the FAQs page that if an offer doesn't automatically credit after 30 days the there is nothing they can do. How can they not do anything when these other sites will investigate the offer for you? I mean with a cc offer, I have proof. I wouldn't care if it wasn't something I submitted my cc number for, but now I am afraid to try anything else. I won't even refer my friends because I don't want this to happen to them. I understand computer glitches and errors, but what I can't understand is the lack of support. Even if it is a delayed credit, I haven't been able to read about any other member on here who has successfully completed it. I just wonder if anyone else has had luck with the support tickets. I have even considered contacting MyScore.com directly since they are the advertiser and I now have an account. I am growing increasingly frustrated.

I have had a great response to the support tickets I submitted to FC. They have addressed my issues in a timely manner and given me the info I needed.

However, you can not submit a support ticket for an offer not crediting. They have no way of tracking that you did all the requirements of the offer and, in most cases, are not the ones crediting you.

I suggest reading these two sites for info:
https://www.fusioncash.net/offerclicks.php
https://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

I have already read those several times. I am just wondering what the point of the support ticket is if they WON'T do anything to help you?

I am just frustrated with this credit score offer. I tried a paid to call and it credited so maybe the MyCredit score is broken.

i am so sorry, i have used "support ticket" several times,  they responded very quick.
one of the answer was= i better check the forum first, for any problems i have.
the others reply is for my unpaid survey and also for so many revoked surveys i get last month, they could not do anything. So, for me, nope, not helping. Using this forum is much more helpful, if we have problem.

I have had very good results when I have had to open a support ticket. I do not do it very often but I have always gotten a response and in timely manner. The responses have always been informative and helpful.

I did not always get the answer that I wanted but I was always satisfied with how my concern was addressed.

yes they don't help you here when you did not credit for a survey. other sites do investigate and help. you see if you get stuck on the virtual submit button not submitting then that's money fusion doesn't have to pay you. this happened when I turned in my posts for the 3 dollars one month. they knew I turned them in. I knew it but to keep the submit button not working means I did not get them in in time. so I did not get the 3 dollars. then there is the thing that the submit button doesn't work for the 1 dollar pay proof. yet they wont take the proof any other way. or will they, if they will they have not answered me. are any of you getting the  dollar sent to you outside of using that submit button that always has a reason your picture is not good lol.

You actually can submit the forum bonus during the current month and the month after so you should have had plenty time to submit it.

I've never been denied a proof of payment bonus since they switched over to the new system.

Since you're having all types of problems submitting things when others aren't have you tried switching browsers or making sure everything on your computer is up to date

I love FC support tickets system because I have had a great response to the support tickets I submitted to FC. They have addressed my issues in a timely manner and given me the info I needed.

However, that is true that you can not submit a support ticket for an offer not crediting. They have no way of tracking that you did all the requirements of the offer and, in most cases, are not the ones crediting you.

Keep in mind that Offers, even instant offers, sometimes fail to credit. This can be due to many reasons, including:
Browser's refusal to accept cookies
Security measures set by the operating system or other software such as popup blockers
Ad-blocking software, on your computer or enforced by your employer, school, or network administrator
Adware/malware/spyware which can "hijack" affiliate links so that the software publisher gets credit instead
Just plain bad luck -- occasionally you may do everything right and simply not get credited. Unfortunately, the system is not perfect (but it's the best we can do)

I have put in a few support tickets to know avail. I hate to give up my card information for a credit score because if you you are not careful you will have some unauthorized charges on your card.
