FC Survey: Everyone Qualifies - 90 cents

I just completed this survey found on the FC surveys page. It has to do with vitamin water. I do remember doing a survey the other day about vitamin water, so I'm guessing this is a follow-up. Took about 5 minutes to complete. Now the title says "everyone qualifies" so hopefully that's true. Grab it while you can.

this is not on my survey page. it would seem like it would be placed on everyones survey page.

especially since I did an enter, confirm and take the first survey on fusion and got nothing. it did not credit and I let them know.

It was a follow up so if there is no record of you completing the original you wouldn't have received the second part
