Do Not Delete Forum Posting when working toward bonus

Hi,

I was going over my forum postings and fixing them. I had 16 actual postings with 14 being credited. When I looked the 2 I was not given credit for were in reply to an original posting. They also did not seem so contributory to the forum (to me). I wanted to combine them for reputation and for ease of communication. When I did I purposefully deleted the 2 replies. This downed my actual postings to 14 and credit for 12.

I only post this so you do not delete ANY postings whether you receive credit or not. Deleting any will reduce your creditable number.

Yeah, there's no need to delete them. Keep all your posts active so you can get full credit towards the reward.

personally I never delete or edit my postings.  I am afraid I will screw something up, lol.   I usually have a few more than 30 though, just in case.  I have never been denied a posting bonus.

That is good to know and I will keep that in mind when I read some of my forum postings that I want to delete.

I have edited a handful of posts, but I have never deleted one. I think that the posting bonus is the easiest $3 you can make on here. Over $100 of my earnings are from posting.

I have never deleted any posts but have edited a few, but never any I have used for the posting bonus and have always gotten my reward

You should never delete anything before you get credit.

I will keep that in mind when I am reading over my forum responses. I know that I will not erase any posts because I have a hard time trying to reach the required number of posts.

The ones that didn't count were most likely on the count down or promotions board. Nothing on those two ever count towards the forum bonus

You can delete and edit but make sure it doesn't cause you to fall below 30 after you've requested the forum bonus and don't do anything to one of the 3 you submitted

I never delete a post. The more you post the closer to your fourm bonus each month.

That's very good to know since modifying or deleting your posts in anyway after you submitted your posts for forum bonus will invalidate your forum bonus according to the terms.

That's good info but I never delete a post, I always suggest posting above the required amount, while making post that actually responds to the subject.

Yeah you should never delete your forum postings.  It's not that hard to get to 30 though.  I just do a few at at time.
