I have had this happen to me once or twice -- I am talking about needing less than a dollar to cash out but could not make it. Keep in mind that you will be cashing out in July and you will have a much larger cash out than if you had made the minimum in June. I prefer to have over $30 when I cash out in case one of my offers or bonuses are revoked.

The deadline allows for the monthly bonus to be credited "up to 65 days" later.  If we wanted to be sneaky, we'd wait until the first few days of the following month rather than the last day(s) of the month to credit them -- then you'd have to wait an extra cashout cycle to get paid
