Would you marry a man or woman sight unseen?

I was watching TV the other day, and heard this announcement about a new show.  The basis of this show is that you have to sign a contract agreeing to marry a man or woman, sight unseen until the day you are married.  You don't know anything about this person, not even their name.  I would not agree to something like that, and am curious whether you would be willing to marry a person, sight unseen until the day you are married.

I heard about that show..yea there is no way I would be able to marry someone without seeing or meeting them. I would have to make sure they weren't psycho and there has to be a physical attraction there as well, I know its not about the outside, but still, but we are all attracted to our significant others.

No. Im not cinseeded I dont base attractions on just looks but before I marry id like to know who im with wat they are like get to know them on a deep understanding level and actually know im marrying becuase I love the person and I know he loves me back.

To begin with, I call a person like that desperate to be with someone.  The lesson I learned years ago after marrying a man I only knew for a month, is that there are some really psychotic people in this world.  I spent three and a half years with this man I barely knew, and when I finally left him, the truth finally came out and it was nothing like I expected.  To begin with, this man married me and committed bigamy in that he was still married to his first wife.  When I finally met his first wife, I discovered I didn't know him as well as I was willing to believe.  I was only 17 and my mother signed the papers because she believed I had a good husband who had just finished the Army.  The truth was that his mother drank while he was in the womb, so he came in the world as a baby alcoholic.  His mother had 10 children and gave all of them away with the exception of 2, and they were killed in a car accident.  Because of that reason, he grew not to like children and had a vasectomy while in the Army.  At the time he married me, he was led to believe by his in-laws, who actually wanted to kill him because of a letter he wrote her when he was in the Army.   To make a long story short, he told his then wife he had a fantasy he wanted her to fulfill.  He wanted her to sleep with her youngest son and send a letter to him with the details so he could get off on the letter.  So when he showed up on her parents' doorstep, he was told he was divorced, and he believed that for nearly 6 months.  He filed for divorce and lied in order to get it.  Ironically, he and I were divorced nearly 38 years ago, and every year on my birthday, I celebrate the anniversary of our divorce.  I would not advise anyone who had any sense to do something like this.
