Recieved $5 in mail from a survey

What a surprise, I rec'd the consumer opinion survey in the mail with a crisp, new $5 bill in it.

I received this one in the mail too. Mine didn't require a credit card. It was several pages of survey and I got a $5 bill for it. I loved getting it.

I got this same survey and $5 back in July, but nothing since. Hope to receive another soon!!!. It always pays to check your mail, I almost threw this one out.

About four or five years ago I used to get surveys in the mail with anywhere from $1 to $5 included and I got them regularly the same company has a website for online surveys and i joined and certainly don't make as much now as I did back then because most of the surveys I try to take and then I don't qualify for them.

So yeah, I just opened some mail today and a $5 bill fell out. I'm pretty sure it's from an offer I did on fusion cash. The letter was from Consumer Opinion Institute.
Anyone else had the same luck?

I too got this in the mail! Pretty sweet! I hope I get some more of these  Haha, I wonder how much money they spent mailing all of those letters? And i wonder how many people actually did the survey? (I did)
