What's for breakfast today?

I made a breakfast burrito. I took 2 tortilla shells and 2 large eggs. first I beat the 2 eggs in a small bowl. then I got a small frying pan a little smaller than the tortilla shell. I coated the frying pan with oil and put one tortilla shell in the pan. then I poured the eggs into the shell in the pan and topped it with the other tortilla shell. over a medium heat, cook for about 3 minutes before flipping. cook another 2 minutes and enjoy.

I eaten waffles and golden graham cereal for breakfast this morning. This was all I had today.

I made hash browns from Idaho potatoes and some sausage and scrambled eggs before I sent my son off to school.

What's breakfast? lol Not making anything. I generally don't make anything for breakfast, because I'm not usually awake for it or I'm not hungry. I typically keep it small and simple when I do have breakfast though but it also depends on what I have available.

I made two sunny side up eggs with a little burnt honey ham with a side of white rice.

I've never heard anyone mention eating rice for breakfast! Haha!
