What's your favorite kind of donut?

Loved since I was a kid chocolate creme filled from Dunkin Donuts.  Didn't have one for years after we moved south and there was no Dunkin Donuts.  Then a year or so ago one opened up in town.  So for a rare treat a donunt.  If they dont have the chocolate creme the vanilla creme is a close second!

Yeast-raised w/fluffy crème filling and bittersweet chocolate on top.  Preferably still warm and fresh.  (why, no, I'm not picky; why do you ask?     )

I am still searching for a good doughnut that is not too sweet. I do like one that is just soft and not too overly glazed, not sugary too, or airy like krispy kreme. So far I am still searching nothing has the same taste like I remember it from a little donut shop where I used to live in the Islands.

I like the plain donut, covered in chocolate with nuts sprinkled on top, then plain old glazed.

I like the chocolate glazed or chocolate glazed creme filled krispy kreme doughnuts. Those are my favorite.
