20 mins doing survey and nothing!!

I just COMPLETED a 20 min pizza survey only to get I didn't qualify!!?!! They need to STOP doing this!  I completed the survey. I know when a surveys taking place...waste of my time!!

I know how you feel! I spent 40 min today on a survey about my opinion on clothing stores. I got through the entire
survey at the very end and it said I did not qualify! I was livid! Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time. There is nothing we can do about it.

That's why I don't waste my time on surveys anymore, except for the 35 cent commercial ones. Send in a support ticket, maybe FC will credit you.

This has happened to me a number of times and I do not like it one bit. I wish it was a way to resolve this type of issue because it is frustrating.

I've had my fair share of this happening too!
Don't stress about it. All you can do is move on and try another survey. It does help to clear your cookies and cache before you log into FC. Sometimes, you will get screened out if the survey pin points that you could have possibly done the survey or a similar survey like the current one. I have read about that too.

Yeah, I have that happen probably once a week. Frustrating, but it happens.

It has happened to me too and more than once. --I have spent several minutes doing a survey (or what appears to be the survey) and suddenly get disqualified for it. Sooooo frustrating, but I move on to another one and hope I qualify to make up for the wasted time.

I just finished a Survey called " Home Survey" and was told i did not qualify, right after it told me thanks for taking the Survey. I completed the entire Survey and was DQ'D for it. How can i get a penny for it when it confirmed i have completed the Survey...... It was Not even a short Survey either. I am looking to be credited. NOT Fear.

I have had similar experiences every once in a while. Fortunately, it does not happen very often and most times that I attempt a survey, I disqualify fast or I am able to complete and get credit. This is not just a Fusion Cash problem. It has happened to me on other sites as well. I have learned to chalk it up to experience and move on. I am very unhappy when this happens but C'est La Vie.

People, what you should note is the fact that the companies change often when you're doing it. Watch your URL bar at the top!

I don't know that I follow.  Are you saying that while you are in the middle of taking a survey, the company could change according to what the URL is reading and therefore, one should just stop taking the survey because it won't count?  I think what you are saying is of good value and would really like clarification please.  Thanks.

It's not just a company, it's a few. When you are taking a survey, the URL will change from one company to another. Also, look at the survey itself, you will know then it changed companies because it will look different.

I have been through that to. It is annoying but I let it go and make up for it in other ways.

There oughta be a law that when you get to a certain point in a survey, they have to pay.  Sometimes I think they just want to get as much info as they can, without paying!

The same thing happened to me yesterday!  I completed a survey and even reached a "Congratulations" page.  Then suddenly the page refreshed and it changed to "Sorry, you didn't qualify".  I double checked my account just to make sure, but never did receive credit for it.  I hate when this kind of thing happens but fortunately it's pretty rare for me.  And there's no point in complaining to FC about it because there's not really anything they can do about it.  It's a glitch on the part of the survey companies themselves, which means FC didn't get paid for it either.  :-(
