Survey in German

I just had a survey that was randomly in German. Considering I only could figure out enough to answer the first few questions I had to close it out.
Anyone else ever get any surveys in different languages with no options to change it back to English?

there have been a few and also some tasks in foreign languages.... I just skip those and do the ones I can

I had one in Spanish with no option to switch it to English, Can you actually believe that I actually understood enough to do the survey. It was a very short survey though. I can't speak hardly any Spanish at all.
